Handlebars: All Terrain Bike Shop

A class assignment where random companies were handed out and we were tasked with creating an identity, post cards, and posters.

I drew "bike shop" and decided to go with a bike shop that covers all types of terrains from city streets to off-road trails. Handlebars is a bike shop designed and marketed to serious bikers who want a professional and intelligent shop for purchasing new bikes as well as having current ones serviced.

The design of the logo was inspired by the organic lines of the handlebars on a beach cruiser, and gives the identity a natural flow almost similar to gentle curves of a bike trail.

For the project Handlebars had four locations, San Francisco, Portland, Boston and Seattle; all cities that have wide varieties of terrain and customers at its' disposal.
